TERMS AND CONDITONS

Terms and Conditions of Purchase:

1. The total amount payable is calculated will remain valid for 30 days. Any contractual early termination or excess mileage charges are not reflected in the quoted vehicle price and will be charged to the lessee upon termination of the hire of the vehicle.

2. BCA Driver Sales does not warrant the condition, description, quality or fitness for purpose of the vehicle and the purchaser relies upon his or her own inspection and knowledge of the vehicle, provided however that where the purchaser deals as a consumer (as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015), such exclusion will not apply to any implied terms relating to the quality of the vehicle or its fitness for a particular purpose.

3. If the mileage is subsequently found to be lower than that stated on this quote, BCA Driver Sales reserves the right to recover additional monies based upon the true mileage.

4. The lessee agrees that the hiring of the vehicle will terminate at the point cleared funds in respect of the sale price are received from the purchaser.

5. The lessee remains liable for any amounts remaining in arrears and any early termination or excess mileage charges that become payable in respect of the vehicle upon the termination of the hiring of the vehicle.

6. The purchaser agrees that all legal requirements relating to the vehicle (including MOT certification and insurance) shall become the responsibility of the purchaser from date of purchase of the vehicle.
